TDA Preferred Care DHMO/Co-Payment Plan

• This plan is only available seeing In-Network Dentists, however, they have an excellent list of Dentists who participate in their plans.
• Preventative Care includes two exams/cleanings per year and has just a $25 deductible.
• Basic Dental Services (Fillings) have on average a savings of 80%.
• Major Dental Services have 50% savings on average.
• 25% Savings for Orthodontics.

TDA Dental Companion PPO/Indemnity Plan

• There is no deductible or waiting period for Preventative services.
• The plan allows for $25 for Periodic Oral Exams and $56 for Prophylaxis-Adult X-rays and cleanings.
• Basic Dental Services (Fillings) plan allows at least $56 per Amalgam Filling.
• Major Dental Services include at least $309 for a Fused Porcelain Crown and $362 for a complete Denture (Mandibular).
• Enrollment in this plan also gives you access to Value Added Benefits such as Hearing, Vision and Prescription Discounts.Company policies – Are there company policies that are particularly important to your business? TDA Eclipse III Dental Discount Plan

• The annual cost is $64 for a Member and $94 for a 2 members annually.
• Under the Eclipse Plan you pay $25 for an Oral Exam (Average is $66) and $70 for a Full Mouth X-Ray (Average Cost of $140).
• Basic Dental Services (Fillings) with the Eclipse III Plan you pay $65 per one surface filling and the average cost for a one single surface filling is $200.
• Major Dental Services charge $650 for a Crown ($900-$1,500 Average Cost) and it charges $1,650 for Full Dentures ($2,000 - $3,000 Average Cost) .
• Charges $4,150 for Braces and the Average Cost is $5,500).
